She's supervised HR teams and is a certified HR professional. She values servant leadership whether in the context of the Board Room or Staff Lunch Room.

Ruth has guided multiple organizations into increasing engagement and is a Gallup-certified StrengthsFinder coach. She loves discovering and drawing out what makes each entity and person unique.
Ruth spent more than 15 years working with physicians in surgery center and private practice settings. She managed personnel, operations, partner relationships, and customer service. She's also led a health & fitness business through strategic planning and expanded services. She personally values mental, emotional, spiritual, social and physical health.
Whether being on stage in front of 2,000+ people or guiding focus groups/training sessions or grabbing coffee one-on-one, Ruth is adept at communicating and connecting. Through preparing a written document, creating a visual presentation or website from scratch, Ruth connects with her audience.
With an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Ruth firmly believes that physical and social spaces influence behavior and culture. She's worked with multiple entities to design workplaces that foster catalytic and collaborative culture. As an HR consultant, she now helps clients foster healthy cultures.
Ruth spent her first ten years as a leader in the non-profit sector. Since that time, she's coached countless non-profit leaders, formed a community health collaborative, served on local boards, led hundreds and thousands in faith-based settings, and fostered sustainable, indigenous volunteerism.
